Trinity Baptist College is seeking a full-time faculty member to teach science.  The successful candidate must hold a master's degree or higher from an accredited institution with at least 18 credit hours of science coursework on the graduate level.  The position requires the ability to teach the full spectrum of science courses offered at TBC including biology, chemistry, physics, and general survey courses. Previous teaching experience desired but not required.   Candidates must ascribe to and  teach a literal, 6 day view of creation as presented in Genesis.

Piedmont International University* is seeking a Regional Director for the launch of a branch campus in Birmingham, Alabama. This new site will not require a large building as most staff functions will be centralized at the main campus in Winston Salem, NC. The planned Smart Efficient Blended Campus (SEBC) will house a Barnes & Noble styled gathering area, offices, and several smart classrooms. They will feature extensive use of online and teleconferencing technology to facilitate integrated classes that allow students to attend physically or virtually, and the University will share faculty across all locations. Ministry and Bible degrees will be offered to honor the heritage and mission of an historic Birmingham educational institution, Southeastern Bible College (SEBC*), which recently merged* with Piedmont. Additional programs under consideration include an undergraduate business management degree, an MBA, etc. A variety of online options will also be available including a Ph.D. in Leadership.

This new campus requires a dynamic, multi-talented Director to participate in a comprehensive feasibility study, to oversee the launch (including site planning, curriculum building, faculty and staff hiring), and then to provide ongoing administrative oversight. The full-time position offers the potential of advancement within the University. The initial salary range is $65,000-95,000 based on previous successful experience and academic credentials. The first interviews are scheduled for February 19-22 with the position remaining open until filled. The successful candidate will be an high energy, self-motivated Christian leader with a documented record of visionary leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, strategic and tactical enrollment building, development accomplishments, successful fiscal and budget experience, effective collaboration, knowledge of the Birmingham market, and academic excellence. A Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration or similar degree is preferred.
