The TRACS Accreditation Commission took the following actions at the October 24-25, 2022, meeting.

The following institutions were granted Candidate Status:

  • Atlanta University of Health Science
  • Bethel College
  • Care Hope College
  • Justice College
  • Nobel University

The following institution was granted Accredited Status:

  • Jackson Theological Seminary

The following institutions were granted Reaffirmation of Accreditation:

  • American University of Health Sciences
  • Charlotte Christian College and Theological Seminary
  • Heritage Bible College
  • Messenger College

The TRACS Accreditation Commission deferred granting Reaffirmation of Accredited Status to the following institution:

  • California Christian College

Request for Public Comment  

The Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS) is proposing the following changes to the TRACS Accreditation Manual and the TRACS Policies and Procedures Manual. At the October 24, 2022, meeting, the TRACS Accreditation Commission approved the release of these proposed changes for a 30-day comment period.

TRACS Proposed Changes – January 2023

Members of the public are invited to participate in the comment period from January 10 – February 10, 2023. All comments should be sent electronically to the TRACS office (

    Results of 2022 Commission Election

    The following individuals were elected to serve on the TRACS Accreditation Commission for a three-year term, beginning July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2025:

    • Ms. Jennifer Ewing (Institutional Representative – Southern California Seminary)
    • Mr. Mac Heavener (Institutional Representative – Trinity Baptist College)
    • Dr. Benson Karanja (Institutional Representative – Beulah Heights University)
    • Dr. Gordon Middleton (Faculty Representative – Patrick Henry College)
    • Dr. David Nicholas (Institutional Representative – Shasta Bible College and Graduate School)
    • Dr. Connie Pearson (Public Representative – Liberty University)
